The purpose of the ICAgile accredited course is to help the learner understand that Agile is a mindset based on values and principles, not a single methodology. It offers vocabulary and understanding so that learners can discuss issues, common pitfalls, and potential benefits with other Agile practitioners. This class offers learners an introduction to all stages of Agile approach, from project chartering and release planning to work breakdown and developing shared understanding (using Scrum as framework for illustration).
Whether you’re an executive, project manager, programmer, tester, analyst, product manager or someone interested in working on or with Agile team, this course is suited for you. No specific requirements to attendees assumed, however attendees are expected to have experience in software development and be aware about Agile philosophy and methods.
You will leave with solid knowledge of how and why Agile methods works in one project and in the enterprise, through practical, hands-on exercises and small-group discussion you will be prepared to start with your Agile team immediately after this class.

ICAgile training has two professional accredited trainers, so each of you is getting individual attention and approach. All of trainers you deal with attending ICAgile course are making Agile injections to companies worldwide within their everyday job functions and have a strong practical background, not just theoretical knowledge or trainer functions with no recent practical experience.
You’ll be eligible for 21 PDUs from PMI.
The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) is an independent accrediting agency, similar to PMI, IIBA, and Scrum Alliance, that issues a number of Agile certifications to qualifying participants. Alistair Cockburn, one of the most well–known and influential Agile practitioners, helped create ICAgile as an organization to offer a complete Agile certification portfolio, non–specific to one Agile flavor. ICAgile is developing the definitive learning roadmap for agile development in collaboration with the best experts drawn from around the world. The consortium builds learning roadmaps, accredits courses and trainers, makes those lists available to students, and offers certification and recognition to students as they progress. ICAgile does not evaluate, rate or prioritize the courses against each other, nor does ICAgile offer courses itself.
